    Here is a very interesting article discussing the way the mind works, and which I feel applies to players of all levels. In a nutshell, at certain times of a match, most people switch from being process oriented to outcome oriented. Unfortunately, many tennis players are rarely if ever process oriented, to their own peril. Check it out.

    Another interesting article about spin. Without sufficient spin, you have limited control, and this will either cause you to make many avoidable mistakes or play too tentatively.
